Eagle River Golf Course Player Rules

  1. All players must check in at the pro shop or with the Starter before the start of a round.
  2. Players playing 9 or 18 holes must start on the starting hole indicated by the pro shop staff. No 9-hole play starting on hole #10 unless pre-approved by the pro shop staff.
  3. Large groups are required to provide a credit card hold for reservations, subject to cancellation policy.
  4. Players making the turn may get a drink or use the bathroom, but must do so expeditiously. Food orders must be called in from the course 15 minutes before making the turn.
  5. Singles will be paired up with other two and threesomes on the tee sheet. Players may be paired together to make foursomes as needed. Open tee time blocks will not be reserved for single players.
  6. Players must keep pace at all times. Please play ready golf and keep up with the group in front of you. Our goal is to have play take no longer than 2 hours and 10 minutes per 9 holes during busy play periods.
  7. Any driver of a cart must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
  8. Golf carts must be kept off the greens. Use the 90 degree cart rule from the cart paths as conditions dictate.
  9. Shirts and shoes are required for all players and guests at all times.
  10. In certain circumstances to make play flow at a smoother pace, players may be joined up into a fivesome by the ERGC staff. Fivesomes may also be allowed during slower times. If a fivesome falls more than one hole behind they will be split up.
  11. All food and beverages must be purchased at the clubhouse or from the service cart.
  12. Range baskets and range balls must stay on the practice range. Playing with or putting range balls in your bag is prohibited. Please throw balls you find outside of the range boundaries back onto the range.
  13. Please replace the divots and repair ball marks on the greens! Leave the course in better shape than you find it.
